A day out on the famous wreck.

One of the ten best wreck dives in the world. It’s an impressive claim, but if you dive the Zenobia (find out more about the wreck here) you will see that it is fully justified. Certainly it is good enough to be a favourite dive site for Turtle Bay, even if it is on the other side of the island!

We start the day bright and early, for a drive through the border crossing and on down to the coastal town of Larnaca, where the ferry sank in 1980. The early start is needed so that we don’t miss our boat. A mile out to sea, we anchor, and then we make two dives.
